Diana has been wonderful both as a personal trainer and now friend, helping me build up my fitness level with a continually changing program whilst ensuring that all my old joints are well cared for.Naturally then when my husband grudgingly agreed he needed PT to stay motivated, Ross was the perfect choice and Ian has been extremely happy, if exhausted, after his weekly sessions.Our weekly sessions with Diana and Ross have thus become a key part of our plan to maintain future fitness and mental wellbeing. Training with Diana has been the best gift my mum could have given me. I really wanted to do some kind of exercise but I was really nervous to go to the big gyms as I found them a little intimidating It has been amazing training with Diana in a small studio alongside my mum. I feel totally supported and am starting to feel stronger in myself. Diana is such an amazing trainer and person and she made me feel at ease from the moment I met her. Each week is different and I am pushed far more than what I would do on my own which I needed. Apart from the training it is fantastic having a chat and laugh with her. Diana and Ross are an awesome team. I've always followed the belief that hard training is only a fraction of the how process of getting lean and fit. Diet and a good lifestyle is the other portion of what is needed. Diana and Ross provide all this with the holistic approach. Can't recommend this duo enough. One spartan challenge or tough mudder at a time. Keep it up guys.

Always supportive and motivating, even for those of us who've trained with Diana via the livestreams. Body Be Well does not rely on extreme gimmicks or hard selling, but rather advocates a balanced, proven and sustainable approach to health and wellbeing. Diana is about fitness that's fun, no fuss, no fakery, and is safe and attainable for normal people (including mums returning to training postpartum)

I have been training with Diana since early this year and have found her so encouraging and enthusiastic. The workouts she gives me are very different each week and she tailors it according to my various injuries. Have had great results already and really appreciated that she could keep me going during covid. Would highly recommend.
