Small store, staff at self serve checkout are always great. Have issues over the years with stock prices on shelves not being correct. So much so that Coles, while further away is my shop of choice. Parking is good.

The way they treat people at the cigarette counter is absolutely disgusting. they don't ever bother to man that till and expect staff from other tills to come serve you if and when they finish serving the entire line of people shopping. just today I went in and as I noticed more people lining up behind me waiting for the same thing the only person on the tills was serving a woman with literally an entire trolley of items even though she was using the EXPRESS LANE. because I realised that that staff member would be occupied for an extended period of time I politely requested that he call another staff member to serve the people queuing at the counter. he instead muttered something unintelligible and went back to the lady with a whole trolley completely ignoring my request in a very rude manor. I am disgusted with the repeated rudeness and poor service provided specifically at their cigarette counter as this is not the first time they have been very rude to me there. I truly hope they pick up their act because it is truly offensively bad service.
