The YPA property management team have done a great job in managing my property. From the initial contact to the placement of tenants, the process has been relatively easy (for me).Throughout the process; photography of the property, advertising, open days, vetting tenants and then presenting me with the best applications for approval....they kept me up to date either with an email or a phone call.They also take care of compliance and log maintenance jobs with their preferred contractors. Overall communication is excellent, would highly recommend.

I would not recommend YPA estate agent to anyone. We had a very bad experience with them. Our house was with them from last 6 years in terms of rental property, but when we got it back the condition was horrific and shocking. They never handled queries on time and specially no response was received from them through email. Every time we had to chase them. They are lier never gave true details of tenant. They are biased, cheaters and what else I could say you can understand what you feel if you handover brand new house to anyone and in return you get a damaged property. Absolutely horrible.Mr Van Pham was not handling the property properly and never inspected on time. He had never showed us the true picture of damage inside the house. There license should be canceled.
