The Body Shop

So went to Broadway franchise of The Body Shop, & mentioned the difference in the white musk perfume oil, from the 80's, 90's and even 2000's, to the oil they currently sell. There's been a massive change in the fragrance, as well as the time it lasts on the body. People used to stop and comment to me, after 8 hrs of me wearing the perfume oil, asking what the pretty fragrance was. It's always been a hugely successful fragrance, & strangers would always comment. However, the previous 15yrs, the oil doesn't last more than five mins. It's really sad that such a successful product, could change in such a drastic way. Anyways, the girl suggested i try another white musk fragrance, saying it lasts up to 5 or 6 hrs. So fingers crossed, hopefully the aroma has some impact, & has a wonderful lasting time on the body? Really miss my favourite perfume of all time. But staff were helpful..Quick update: white musk eau de toilette, does not last the supposed 5 hrs +. Quite disappointed, however, not all that surprised.. oh well, need a new fav perfume. That's unfortunate. Loved white musk, for so many yrs. Think I'll have to try elsewhere for new fragrance. The white musk deodorant, is lovely, & does seem to have some staying power".."

Great place to shop for all your natural body products with very friendly and helpful staff

Everyone. Do not go this store as they sell faulty product and not even exchanging it. It was horrible experience ever and I was about to throw its item on ground. The store manager & staff were hopeless and terribly handle with case. This might be reason why the store not busy at all.

I was a bit lost looking for a gift for one of my mates. I had never been in the shop before and was looking for a package or kit of anything really. Lucy was wonderful, she was so helpful. She took me through the sale prices, asked what price range I was looking at. She went through everything. I'll definitely be going back, if she's in there when I'm in there I'll absolutely ask for her service.

Joshua (I think that was his name, he was working in the evening shift on the 7/02). went above and beyond to assist my mum and I through multiple enquires, his product knowledge was through the roof (even on brand new products) and he was thoughtful with his recommendations taking into consideration our individual needs. I would definitely recommend the store to anyone else with their skincare needs and hope Joshua is well-valued in the team.

This is a great shop with lots of space to comfortably display all their products. There's a water refill station, product refilling to reduce plastic waste, and chairs with mirrors and makeup remover to let you test things out.And beyond these basics they also have some great staff working there. My wife was assisted by Sam who is super knowledgeable of the products and is also just a great human. All this makes us feel like a valued customer and want to come back again.
