Humble, honourable, honest, tough, hard working.If these are values that you relate to, or aspire to grow into, then Nova is the perfect environment.Rod has years of experience and has a depth of knowledge that few others could attest to.The gym has produced State and National champions, and many of its fighters have fought internationally. It's a welcoming gym and all skill/ fitness levels are catered to.

This gym is so amazing for anyone, beginner or experienced. Everyone makes you feel so comfortable and the whole team is so supportive of each other. Martial arts can teach you confidence, patience, honour, perseverance, and strength, and theres no better place to train. I never could have imagined Mauy Thai could teach me so much, and Rods experience and patient teaching is so encouraging, working so hard never felt so rewarding

Highly recommend Nova to anyone wanting to learn Martial Arts. Rod Staader has to be one of the best coaches going around. He puts in a huge amount of effort with all his students and always goes above and beyond. It's a safe environment, and the students are friendly. It's also very affordable, a lot of gyms around are charging close to double. Definitely give it a try if you want to learn Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), Muay Thai, MMA or self defence.
