really disappointed!!!have been calling them for 2 weeks for fixing a craked faulty window and each time they keep telling me someone will call you and no one calls !!

Old school hospitality loved it. Up front on service and willing to go that one step further to make sure you get what you want on time.

We built 7 years ago, windows and doors by Southern Star. We have several sliding glass doors and recently 2 of them had begun to bind. Rang Southern Star to enquire about new rollers and was asked how many I needed and they sent them out same day free of charge! Can't ask for better service than that 7 years after installing

I have dealt with this company over the last few years on multiple builds and I would recommend them to anyone, the prices are good and the service is great.

Absolutely terrible workmanship and customer service. We've had a leaking corner window on our new home for 3 years, they've come out to fix it 4 times, and it still leaks. Last time they drilled holes to drain the water and said that's apprently how they manufacture the glazing beads now, even though 2 houses of the exact same model nearby don't have holes in them and don't leak, the window just isn't sealed properly. The rubber seals have gaps and the silicon doesn't go to the bottom of the frame, allowing water in, and even with holes drilled everywhere they are still leaking. Spoke to an employee on the phone today and he was rude, condescending and not helpful at all, said the warranty would be void if they didn't have holes in the sides of glazing beads. A whole lot of good a warranty is anyway when the window is leaking continuously for 3 years. If it wasn't for our builder contracting southern star then we certainly wouldn't be getting them to try and fix it for the 5th time. Surely a window that doesn't leak isn't that difficult for a window company. Very unhappy

Best value-for-money and looking double-glazed aluminium windows available in Adelaide (300 series).

Shocking company. They are so far behind and when they arrived half were plastic half aluminium. Also one had a hole in it. Terrible after service and still waiting for replacement. Stay as far away from them as you can.

I highly recommend Southern Star windows to anyone the quality of the workmanship was outstanding and I’m very pleased.

I cannot believe how poor the workmanship on these door and windows are rubbish.The seals on these door and windows are rubbish, either bunched up in the mitres or gaps. Mitres that have daylight shining through the join or don’t even line up at all.
