First time there and the staff were great wasn’t there that long , the blood lady was lovely

Waited 2 hours for blood test, despite getting there early. Staff take 30 minutes to do one person's blood, chat amongst themselves, and spend more time alone in their rooms, than seeing patients. More people left the waiting room while I was waiting than were seen. Having worked as a phlebotomist myself, it does not need to take this long!! Don't waste your time sitting waiting, there are other phlebotomy services that are far more effective and efficient.

Ready to be waiting hours. They don't care people waiting and you can clearly see they are being chatting, gossiping while hips of people who have a lot other things to do keep on waiting for hours simply just to drop their sample. So frustrating service.

Waited for 20 minutes without hearing a single number be called, rang the bell again at 4:29 as I knew they were closing at 4:30 and was worried I wouldn’t be seen now. A woman came out and said “Did you ring the bell? we are closed” I explained that I’ve been waiting twenty minutes and she said she has called my number and I didn’t come so now it was too late. This was the first time I had physically seen the woman also, she must have stood behind the wall when she had called the number because at no point did anyone bar doctors calling patients by name actually walk out into the waiting area. The waiting room wasn’t that full- if she had simply actually walked out and looked around she would have seen me sitting there with my form and number in my hand. Not everyone can hear well- visuals are important.

Had to end up going to Midland to get my bloods taken as it took Them an hour to see one person!

The service was really slow and disorganised. Three people walked out of the clinic because the wait was too long and there weren’t even many people in there to begin with.

Be prepared to wait. 1 person every 25mins. Worst Clinipath I have been too. North Perth Clinipath puts through at least 3 clients in 30 mins.

I've been going here regularly for my pathology for years, the phlebotomists are always very helpful and kind. Sometimes there is a wait in more 'peak' times but it's up to you when you go, and you can always call in advance to see how busy they are. I've never had to wait that long, and it's convenient to have a Clinipath so close to where I live.
