Great service from Serge, had a Jura coffee machine serviced and it looks like a brand new machine. Purchased his own roasted coffee beans and enjoyed a perfect cup of coffee when we got home. Definitely recommend this place for all your coffee needs.

Called for service of my Breville machine, advised that they don't service Breville but instructed over the phone how to fix and invited in to the shop for part and to show me what to do. Genuinely nice guy, not just out to make money but to give value and friendly service. Recommend!!

Bought my machine (Giotto Rocket) from Serge many years ago. He delivered it to my house personally, set it up, and showed my wife and I how to use and maintain it. Fast forward 6 years. After using the machine around 3 times a day every day, we needed the pump looked at plus a service. It was reassuring to see the same friendly man welcome me into the shop.He fixed the pump and I received sms pics of my machine in pieces while being worked on... and once restored to its former glory.Looking forward to many more years of trouble-free use.Thank you SerjeRegardsPete

An amazing, quick a thorough service from Serge on my Jura Impressa. Serge absolutely knows what he's doing and is a great guy too. His in-house roasted coffee is delicious too.
