Did not manage to see the waterfall as it was the dry season during my visit in early Dec 2019. But during our trekking, we saw some interesting trees.

Very nice place to visit with kids, no dogs allowed. Has some steps you need to wear suitable shoes. We went before 11 and it wasn’t crowded once we were heading out it became really busy.

It was very wet and rather muddy, but this ~3km nature walk was a breath of fresh air. There is one point in the track that requires you to cross a stream with no bridge (walking across rocks)

The Joalah Section is part of the Tamborine National Park on the Tamborine Mountain. It is quite a beautiful area, only an hour drive from Brisbane. There is a wide range of flora and fauna such as large trees and shrubs, various birds, glow worms and even platypuses. In addition to the forest, there is a waterfall and creek/river that runs through the forest.

Definitely must see when in Tamborine national park. Such a beautiful place! You can get really close to the curtis falls and take amazing pictures. We also went for a walk on a trail. Every path is well marked, the directions are clear, so you don't get lost. Beautiful rainforest, lots of birds. There's also a lookout point and a place to have rest. Spend at least an hour or two there just walking through the rainforest.

Nice easy walks for the kids. Few steps involved but lovely little walk only downside is the traffic noise

Did both Curtis and Lower creek circuit. Easy, short tracks. Boulder crossing was intense as I choose a day it was raining. Popular track. Highlight was seeing a carpet python 400m from the start. Great coffee at Pavillion

Beautiful waterfall and rock pool in the middle of the rainforest. Short walk down to waterfall. Few steps on the way back up but we'll maintained. Cafe near the enterance was great. Lots of parking with public toilets adjacent to enterance. Took 15 min down 20 min back up.
