I posted on FB for a local pest controller as I had heard rats in my roof . Darren messaged me straight away & had an employee out to my house promptly. He explained the whole process to me & then placed baits in the roof & behind the fridge & washing machine. Very happy with the service & cost !! Would definitely recommend them !

I called Darren on a Monday as our property in Blue Mountains had a fair bit of issues with Ant infestations, and wanted to get a quick solution until he came back to complete the full Pest control.He was very accommodating and had one of his staff come in and fix our issues on the same day and then came in again the week after to complete the job! Professional, good natured, caring and on-time. Communicated very well, called before arriving. Considered our opinion on what we thought was problem and then acted, gave us information on the treatment and help us round up some chooks as well. We all had a laugh. Costs were reasonable as expected and certainly will use Falls Again - Thank you Darren and Jeff.
