With the support of Francis Borg from Brisbane North Counselling I have achieved goals which I thought were impossible. I now have more confidence and my self esteem is at a better level. l have always felt comfortable talking to Francis about my issues and never felt judged for who I am. She has made a huge difference, and I am very happy I sought help.l have been with other counsellors in my life time, but no one has been able to identify my issues and help me through them like Francis. Thank you so much Francis.

My patner and I needed support in the way we communicted to each other and Francis has given us the opportunity to practice that in her sessions. We learnt how to listen to each other and to give the other a safe space to say what they are feeling with no criticism or judgement. We got to feel how loving it is to express appreciation to each other. We both have come away with a much better understanding of the value of taking the time to listen face to face, we are different in how we see life but that's ok and we revisited why we came together in the first instance. We saw Francis when our marriage was at our lowest. Looking back, she was an absolute God Sent Angel. We can truthfully say that Francis is a most empathetic councillor and really becomes invested in you as a person/couple and goes to great lengths in understanding the issues and to help. We highly recommend Francis if you are stuck and needing help moving forward!

Francis is a miracle worker. These days when families are becoming more secluded and smaller, having a compassionate and kind guide or councellor to teach us tips to move forward with our relationship and life is ever important. There are so many things I didn't know about myself or my partner that I am now discovering. I highly recommend Francis!

I have been seeing Francis for over 4 months now and I am so grateful to have found her. I am a young mum of two kids, and my husband died of a heart attack this year. She has been helping me navigate through the most difficult and stressful time of my life. Francis is an absolute wizard! I've never really believed in couples counselling. But when my wife and I were at the point of separating and divorce we threw the dice and I am so glad we did! This lady didn't save our marriage.....far from it.... she attached a defibrillator, CPR'd it and brought it back to life!The single best thing I did for my marriage was to come to visit Francis. Its cool to know that marriages can continue even when you both think it is the end. I am finding myself falling more in love with my wife everyday and we are closer than ever before!Thanks for saving our marriage Francis. Ed

I highly recommend Francis for any relationship counselling. I started out with individual counselling regarding my marriage and then my wife agreed to do some sessions together which helped us to begin to understand where we were going wrong. We then went on to do one of Francis’ IMAGO weekend workshops which went in depth into why we chose each other and what we can do to have the relationship that we want. The workshop taught us some valuable tools which we have used and will continue to use. Highly recommend :-)

We recently attended the Imago weekend retreat and found it extremely beneficial. Francis was a great facilitator and was genuinely interested in supporting the small group (3 couples) at this retreat. The Imago process is a breath of fresh air and helps you understand yourself, your partner and your relationship and a very awakening way. Highly recommend her and her weekend retreat. Money well spent (and very reasonably priced)

Booked Francis Borg for couples counselling. Despite providing some useful information and tools, she was highly unethical. The first session went somewhat well, she seemed non judgemental and approachable. Francis also mentioned a couples workshop this session and how amazing it would be for us.Due to running over time in the first session, we asked if we could book a little earlier so we could fit in with work commitments, we both have very stressful jobs that effect many other people and require our attention at specific times. She begrudgingly accepted a start time of 7am.Upon arriving for the second 7am session, we noticed food stains on her shirt and were greeted to a disheveled woman. Upon sitting down we were scolded about her having to fit in with our schedule" and how it was inconsiderate of us to have her work in with us and that it should be the other way around because "she shouldn't have to fit in around our lives".We were both in a little shock and brushed it off to continue the session. Initially, my partner and I were fairly apprehensive about completing the recommended 'Get The Love You Want' seminar. We had never attended a workshop of this nature before but pushed ourselves to attend with the shared goal of bettering our relationship. We immediately felt welcomed by Francis who created a comfortable, calming and safe space for us to share. Francis' wealth of knowledge was astounding! Her delivery was empathetic, understanding and calculated. We learnt a considerable amount in what felt a short period of time. The information and processes Francis delivered were so unbelievably relevant to our relationship. We were able to finally put the pieces of the 'puzzle' together and understand why we chose each other in the first place. We learnt how to communicate in an open, honest and safe way which has already made a significant difference to our household. I truly believed that nothing could have saved our relationship and I'm so relieved to say I no longer believe that. I now feel confident and excited for our future together. Thank you Francis!
