Great experience with this car rental. We had booked a car with apex but could not get the car on arrival due to being in P plates. Rang owner and we got a car within the hour. Great customer service and vehicle was in excellent condition. Would hire from again!

I will not advise anyone. I left your Poccet 2 action camera in the glove box when I gave the car away, two hours after the vacuum cleaner it disappeared (700 bucks). The deposit of 750 bucks for a week of rent was taken in cash and they are not going to give it back. 30 days have passed, I approached them twice, wrote to the mail twice. Today I came up with the idea that I owe 400 bucks for parking. It's easier to buy a car than to mess with these guys. Easy road for everyone

I could not have found better service anywhere else. They were able to find an availability for us in very short notice after my partner and I had trouble renting a car due to not being 21. They had it ready for us within an hours notice. They were very helpful in terms of having pre authorisation funds released back to us , the $550 bond was back in our account in 3 days. They were very accepting of that fact that we were a P Plate driver , also at such a good price considering.All staff were extremely helpful and had a very good sense of humour and the car itself was spotless and in great condition. The owner of the business went absolutely out of his way to ensure we got our money back and made us feel very at ease.10/10 customer service

My partner Joyce & I hired a car for 3 days to travel to Brisbane. Amil let us pick up the car early for no extra charge, the day before we were supposed to. We were very happy with that as it suited our plans very well for our travels. Amil was such a delight to deal with & has a wicked sense of humour with many funny & interesting stories to tell. We will not hesitate to hire from this company in the future & I highly recommend them to all my fellow country people from New Zealand. Amil was great to deal with after not being able to get a car from Apex due to being on P-Plates! We rang and were able to get a car straight away and was in great condition! Would highly recommend this place especially if you are a p-plater!

As an 18 year old I found it so hard to find a car rental place to hire a car since I’m on my red Ps. Most places are only 21+. My experience was so great and easy. The whole procedure was quick and the owner explained everything to me bit by bit. Not to mention the pricing was great!! The car was in decent condition and got me to destination A and B with no complications. The owner was so friendly and nice and was great to chat to, he would crack jokes which made the hire experience even better.

If you’re ever in a pickle with a car this is the best loan car hire on the coast by far!! Very good prices for a great service! Amil was a huge help with great customer service, very professional and welcoming thank you guys again!! I Highly recommend them for anyone needing a good reliable service :)

Update. Finally got my bond back. Took 6 weeks. I had adequate travel insurance so happy to pay the $3.300 bond. But If as stated by the owner that they have problems processing these refunds then maybe don’t offer this or tell me upfront.If they had bothered to reply to my emails and phone messages I would not have needed to write a negative review. I will let you read the owners reply and make your own decisionBe warned. Bond NOT returned. The service price and car hired were okay BUT we paid a bond of $3.300 which has still not been refunded. Car was returned without any problems however we realised afterwards that in the fine print they will not refund deposits till 28 days after car returned. That’s ridiculous but we waited and even after this period no refund. Emailed and texted and voice mailed without response. Finally got onto Amil by phone and was assured refund would be made within the week. Still nothing. Can only assume they are in financial difficulty if they can’t make payments on time.

Had a very pleasant car hire experience with this company, very reasonable price and good car. Owner was a really funny and lovely man. Will come back to visit this business again in our next trip to gold coast.
