Brite Deck - Composite Decking Solutions

The worst company I have ever dealt with in my 12 years of construction. It’s a long list of issues….Not even sure where to start….The colour they provide on their website is completely different to what you receive. We had a delivery and within that delivery there were 3 different shades of the colour. Not one of them was what was on their website. I had to personally go to their warehouse to see if they could even provide the colour my client was after. This issue happened 6 months ago and I had to speak to 5-6 different people before I could get to someone that could help me. Then it took another 3 months for this person to resolve my issue. They had no care for me or my client. Terrible communication, terrible organisation and a terrible product. From a licensed professional in this field of work…do not buy from this company. Find another one!
