My son loves his new gym, been there nearly a year now, his workout is intensive but he said it was worth every sweat. The hours are perfect, straight after school. The coaches are really nice and super friendly environment

Great intro into Muay Thai. I was a bit nervous as I had never done much of it before. However Cam and Nom have been very helpful in getting me confident. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking to learn a martial art.

The best thing I’ve done, a real positive vibe around the gym, coaches know how to make you feel welcome and have a great ability to explain things clearly.i highly Recommend to anyone to come down and get stuck in.

Num and the rest of the staff are so kind, talented and definitely know their stuff. They are always open to questions and are always willing to give one on one help in group classes, a couple of times I've even had one of the instructors completely to myself for the whole class to help with my technique! They make an effort to know every student and there is such a welcoming vibe. The workouts are challenging and rewarding. Couldn't recommend enough!

I’ve been being my kids (3 girls) here for over a year and they love it. Nom, Harry and Cam are always encouraging and create a fun fit environment. I often join in and it’s a tough work out!

I wanted a local gym that has a nice vibe - which for me means not intimidating and no TV screens. And somewhere that, yes it's hard work but it's also fun. I tried a few places and this had the best combination of those factors. I've never done any type of boxing before and the teachers and other members are really helpful and encouraging. And it's challenging learning a new skill, which also keeps the brain engaged - nice co-benefit. Highly, highly recommend, even if you never want to actually fight. It's a fun way to incorporate movement and exercise into your lifestyle.

Love Muay Gym. Nom and Cam are excellent trainers who know what they're talking about, it has a friendly/welcoming atmosphere and the sessions are a great mix of challenging and fun. I go every week and hate missing a class.

Love Muay Gym! Such a nice environment to train and not intimidating at all! Num is an excellent trainer and brings a welcoming vibe. Very authentic would highly recommend anyone new to Muay Thai to learn or to progress skills!
