Had an excellent experience getting a custom tailored suit made. Chris provided professional and friendly service throughout the process. He brought sound recommendations, whilst also being able to brainstorm other designs with me. We put together something really nice. They were able to create and deliver the suit within the promised time frame (4-5 weeks for me). Would definitely recommend their service.

We e used institchu for our friends wedding, a party of 5. We used the tailored service and paid a pretty hefty sum for the service and the suits. We ordered them over 2 months before the wedding and were told repeatedly that our suits would arrive around 3 weeks before the wedding. Now we're are 1 week away and they have informed us that they are not going to be ready in time. This has meant that we have had to go elsewhere, with only a week to go before his wedding to get suits sorted.They have completely screwed us over and instead of contacting us earlier to let us know there were issues they have waited until 9 days before the wedding. The groom even had to fight with them to get a refund as they said they might arrive the day before his wedding, like we can take that risk.I would not recommend anyone use this company, it is disgraceful what they have done and would be happy to tell anyone in the future to stay away from this company.Shame

It was exactly what I was looking for for my partner. Chris has an outstanding customer service, he's very professional, patient and knowledgeable. We've also had a lot of different options of fabrics, designs, buttons, everything to make the vests the way we wanted. Our experience was amazing and I highly recommend InStitchu.

The service, quality, efficiency and accuracy was second to none. Nicholas was very professional and got everything spot on. An indication of his skill and expertise. Top man.My suit was ready in 3 weeks for final fitting and pick up. I was extremely impressed that they not only got all the design specs correct, the fit was also absolutely spot on - particularly for a first time customer. No return or amendments required! Well worth the money.Booking an appointment is easy and the whole process was seamless (pun not intended) and you are kept informed of everything along the way. Calling up to enquire is easy, simple and helpful.I cannot recommend a better place for a high quality suit and shirt tailoring service with ample materials and colours to choose from.

I had a three piece suit made for my wedding and the finished product is fantastic. Nathan Vo Provided a friendly, fun, first class service.From start to finish Nathan expertly guided my fiancé and me through the entire design and fitting process sharing his knowledge and passion to ensure my suit was perfect for my body type and style.For someone like me who has limited knowledge in fashion and suits Nathan’s insight was invaluable and put my mind at ease. I will definitely be back to see Nathan for any of my future needs.

Went and saw Nicholas yesterday for an initial consultation on getting my wedding suit made and one for my best man. Was really impressed by the service from Nicholas who took us through the process, showed us some styles and asked some great questions about the wedding to ensure we look the part.Can definitely recommend going to see Nicholas at David Jones Institchu, we had just come from Suit Supply and the customer experience there was definitely not up to Nicholas' level. Can't wait to build my suit with Institchu.

Got a suit from there, service was excellent.Change room was clean and had plenty of space /mirrors.I even had to return a few things later and that was made easy.Plenty of great selection and would find an outfit for pretty much any event and any budget.

Nicholas Heritage is just the go - to - man for all your haberdashery needs. He went to great lengths to craft my bespoke suit and exceeded my expectations. I knew what I wanted in mind but his input in the finer details of the suit took it to the next level!! I highly recommend his services. I walked away as one very happy customer.
