Turned up to desk to find I had incorrectly booked for the following month. We had a family wedding to get ready for and the staff were amazing. They sorted the last room left for us immediately. Was the perfect room for us to get ready for the wedding g and a great nights sleep in a very comfy bed. Definitely recommend

Who would have thought that inner-city hotel stay can be pretty quiet and peaceful? We stayed on the 14th floor and had an awesome view of Southbank and its inhabitant high-rise Lego blocks. Apartment suite was clean, very spacious with many usable spaces which is handy for families.The only small downside was lack of convenient parking. You need to get lucky to get a temporary stopping spot right outside the lobby to load and unload your luggages, otherwise get ready to drag them across the road from the Wilson parking building.

Stayed here twice in a few weeks, great apartments, very comfortable, and has everything you need.Staff were fantastic and very helpful,Great location for being able to walk in to the city.Highly recommend

Speedy check in, the FD staff recognised our anniversary and gave us an upgrade. Lovely bottle of wine was also in the room due to Expedia VIP status. Thanks for a lovely stay

The weekend we had as our annual weekend away was only improved more so by our accommodation here.Jennifer and the team at Adina were bloody fantastic lovely and here to have a welcoming chat when not busy.My mum and I were thoroughly impressed with everything from start to finish-including helping chase down taxis and assist with any want and need we asked for.Truely exceptional. Coming from 16years of hospo it's so lovely to have such great experiences to work off from and skills I aspire to continuously work towards.So so happy.ThankyouStuart And Cathy

No complaints about this hotel whatsoever. Rooms were quiet, comfortable and updated. Service was excellent, accommodating an early check-in and immediately responding to all requests. This hotel is located on the south bank side of the river and is really perfect as it's right on the edge of everything but not in the middle of it. Parking is the only thing that's a bit tricky as it's off property but close by.

Short stay for a concert, chose Adina based on proximity to hammer hall. Was not disappointed. Staff are so warm and welcoming, incredibly clean and secure building. Beautiful clean rooms, reusable kitchen utensils, steady & adjustable water pressure in the shower, and lush toiletries by ink+water. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and are looking forward to rebooking with Adina in the future.

Adina Southbank was in a great location close to Crown and Southbank. Our one bedroom apartment was very clean and modern with a great view from the 17th floor. The king bed was amazing and soft and comfortable. Car parking was easy from just across the street. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were helpful. We will definitely be back and can definitely recommend this great accommodation.
