They tried to charge me for head gasket due to so called oil in the overflow but that was incorrect as I had my own mobile machanic look at it.the only reason there would have been oil there is because of a blown motor in 2020. Got my car serviced on the 12/2/23 and it overheated on the 2)2/23 after they serviced it due to broken coolant cap, the O ring was snapped and also the hose connecting to the motor, the tie was too tight and was restricting water to the motor., This was overlooked, very poor,lazy& sloppy work.asked for my money back for tow but she refused very bad costumer service

The first time I had my car serviced was fine - nothing to write home about.The second and most recent time was a shockingly bad experience.When I booked it in, I said the rear brake lights were out and needed replacement globes and I wanted my windscreen wiper blades replaced. When we picked up the car they hadn't done it. They then rudely did the break lights and charged us $30 extra for it. I didn't bother arguing about the wiper blades after that.We questioned if they missed this (which I was assured was part of their initial checks in standard servicing) , how can we trust they did anything? They were very rude in saying they did and we have to pay and leave straight away.Once back at home I realised they moved the front passenger seat all the way back and it was squashed up against the baby car seat in the rear. It was smashed so hard against the the baby seat that it's left an impression on the back of the passenger seat. Now I need to have the baby seat inspected for stress fractures for safety!I won't be returning to this service centre again and would not recommend them to anyone. I've never had a bad experience at other centres - in fact, I highly recommend going to Oakley or Ferntree Gully instead - they both have fantastic customer service and have always gone above and beyond for me when I took my car there.

After Sales customer service is absolutely useless.Do not respond to emailsDo not answer phoneIf you do get through, get cut off or shunted to endless on hold claiming phone system has a problem.Still have not dealt with warranty issue after four monthsEdit: Finally got car in for post sale inspection and have to revise my opinion of their service.The service identified loose MAF sensor air pipe which has addressed the niggling issue I had with the car - all covered under purchase price. thanks again and kudos to your mechanic/technician.

Absolutely the worst place you could imagine. I bought a Land Rover $56,000 nearly 3 months ago. The week after driving it the engine light came on, we had to take time off work and argue with them to look at the car, they have had the car for 2 months now and they ignore your calls, ignore your messges and never call back when they say they will. Bought a lemon. $5500 deposit, $4000 repayments and we have driven the car for one week. Finally they reply in a message that the car is ready, I also have messaged them saying I have few kids at home and if they could at least deliver the car and they just ignore you. I told them I want my money and they say no. Pathetic

First impression was okay but quickly going downhill. Greeted by a machine when you call. Less than 50-50 chance to get a person when you pick an option or else you'll get the pre-recorded message notifying you that they're busy and to leave your name and number (they never to get back to you).Besides that the booking was smooth and the girl that assisted me was polite and helpful. I was booked in for Thursday to diagnose a fairly serious mechanical issue that has developed. Drop off process in the morning was neither here nor there but it was relatively painless I suppose.I was happy to receive a courtesy call from the service manager that afternoon to let me know what they had found so far and he explained to me that they would continue to have a more in depth look and organise a quote either later that same day or possibly the next (Friday). Cool with me.Receive nothing until just before business close on the Friday. A text containing only a link for a digital quote to the tune of $10,300 (no, that's not a typo). Only listed as Engine Component - Misc". No accompanying phone call or further information. As it's Friday and they're about to close I'm forced to wait until Monday to figure out what's going on with my car.Monday rolls around and I'm still half expecting them to call me of their own accord but nope. I spend the day calling periodically and getting bounced around departments until I inevitably get connected to the pre-recorded message where I'm instructed to leave a message. At this point I've just about given up. Went from being a neutral/positive experience to strongly negative.If I can even be bothered getting my car fixed here anymore I might bump up it up a star provided they do a satisfactory job but honestly that's being pretty generous. Listen to people here when they warn you about ignored calls and messages. They're not lying."
