Animal World Pet Resorts

Our cat Winston has stayed at Animal World Pet Resort twice now and I wouldn’t take him anywhere where else. It gave us such peace of mind knowing he was so well looked after and the staff just loved him so much and gave him lots of cuddles everyday. I cannot recommend them highly enough - they are just awesome

Glen and the staff at Animal world pet resort were amazing from first contact and throughout our girls first holiday. Glen and the staff knew exactly how to handle our beautiful Great Dane who suffers from anxiety. The facilities are awesome and the grounds are extremely well kept and I will definitely book our girl in again we we holiday.Thank you team Animal world

Our 2 little Shetland Sheepdogs, Ava & Skye, have just spent 10 days at the Cornubia resort staying together in a suite. Highly recommend the team, supportive of our little ones needs and wants. We were kept informed of their progress and they even made some fur friends! Very content and they will return for another holiday for sure. John & Beth

Avoid at all costs. We left our golden retriever puppy here and wish we never had. He was returned to us terrified and with the fur all over his back and neck matted to the skin. This required an immediate vet visit after pick up and the hair to be removed as he was in pain. The excuse I got from the owner was that this happened in between bathing him on the last day and us picking him up. I’m sorry, but that can’t be true. We believe our dog was left outside soaking wet on a hard floor for days instead of the suite we paid for. We are so horrified by the way our dog was treated and the owner’s subsequent response, that we are raising a case with the RSPCA for deliberate cruelty. We offered the owner the chance to investigate and explain. They even begged us to remove the review here until they did that. We did, but the response we finally got was unacceptable. An utterly horrific experience all round.

We entrusted our little dog to Animal World Pet Resorts while we went away for a week and were nervous at first, since it was our dog's first time away from us. The friendly staff and beautiful facility immediately put our minds at ease. When we returned we found our dog playful, healthy and 100% herself. She got to socialise with other pets in a safe and controlled setting (I think she really enjoyed hanging out with the other pets!) and the staff treated her with care and attention. I'd definitely recommend this facility and will be using their services in the future! Thank you for your good work and friendly faces.

Ralfee had an amazing time. This was his first visit and we were very nervous but after meeting his carers they assured us they would team him up with similar sized dogs.He had a great time. We have used Animal World Pet Resorts a couple of times now for our dogs while we have been away and they have always been well looked after and come home very happy.

My dog made friends and had a wonderful time with them. It is located between Gold Coast and Brisbane. It is very convenient for people like us to fly from Brisbane and to go back to Gold Coast. Thank you to the staff for looking after my boy.

I was so relieved to have found this kennel for my German Shephard, Koda after a pretty bad first experience at another kennel where my dog was very sick, could barely move, and had lost a lot of weight. But after three weeks at Animal World Pet Resort while I was overseas, my dog came back completely happy, healthy, and clean. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating and even allowed me to have a tour of their kennels to see where my dog would be staying and spending his time. I am so glad to have such a reliable kennel for my dog just less than 20 minutes away from where I live.
