I don’t normally do reviews but I’m done with bad customer service. These tradesman were great but office communication and customer service is extremely bad. Despite several calls to them over a month for an update on work and their responses were ‘I’ll check and call you back, ‘I’ll call you when I get back to the office’ ‘ I’ll find out and call you back’. I still get no return phone calls but they are happy to spend time to send you their invoices for work done but not all jobs done. Sorry but because of their customer service I would not recommend them.

Had an investigation early October as to why my aircon stopped working. Gecko and remote control issue. Call out was prompt as was billing me within hours, which paid there and then. Was told they would get back to me with a quote. Heading towards late December. Despite 2-3 phone calls which ended with an answering machine, still no word from them.

1 star is being generous. Outstanding work for 3 months, no communication. tried to call and email numerous times and was promised call backs which I never received. I advised that I was dissatisfied with the lack of communication from them, I received quite a poor response from them. I would not recommend them at all.

Matt from Harm's Electrical has done work for us. He has excellent work ethics and displays the highest integrity. Produces the work he promises and charges as he has quoted. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.
