Absolute shocking customer service!! No one answers the phones. Our Hoverboard arrived faulty. Maximum usage was 20mins. I had to pay for return postage and still haven’t been reimbursed. Second item arrived faulty making a very load noise. BUYER BEWARE this company is shonky and unethical. Your on your own if there’s a problem.

After purchasing a skywalker, helmet & cart for my daughter for Christmas 2020, it broke and was found to have a crack in it on day 1... After returning the hoverboard as soon as you were open in January, numerous emails back and forth with excuses of getting back to me" and "unavoidable delays" Skywalker Australia is now ignoring my phone calls

Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing! Do NOT purchase from this company. My daughters stopped operating properly after 4 months. Reported to Sky Walker, they took it back for repairs then emailed me to say they'd arranged a replacement. THEN THEY WENT SILENT! I've been trying to get in touch with them for 6 weeks. Can't contact them by phone, they don't reply to emails. They have retained the faulty product and never supplied a replacement. I've just lodged a complaint with Consumer Affairs, but reading these reviews, it seems that I'm certainly not the first to do so. How do these companies get away with this?? It's criminal!

Do not deal with this company AT ALL If anything goes wrong you are totally on your own. We bought two scooters in November 2021. One has never worked. The other got a flat tyre the second time we used it.It is now April 2022 and we have had no success getting them to address the issues. I complained to Fair Trading. They ignored the contact from Fair Trading. We are now taking legal action to recover out money.I have heard from other people in the industry that this is common with their products. I was also told they are lucky to last six months.Save your money and heartache and go somewhere else.I have also noticed that any bad reviews on sites they control get deleted.It's a pity you can't post a negative number of stars for a review.

This post was Deleted by the skywalker team so I'm posting again! Beware - Skywalker deletes posts that are negative! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS Dodgy company! What a horrible experience this company has caused! There were 2 items falsely advertised on their website with the incorrect price, I bought a $200 gift card based on this false information to contribute to a birthday gift for my niece, I could have just as easily sent my sister the money via PayPal. My sister received a 10% off discount voucher and was putting the items in her cart to buy it when she realised that the prices changed once in the cart. She contacted the company and they didn't even understand what she was upset about initially and suddenly informed her that she can not use a gift card (a form of currency) and a voucher (a promotional offer) at the same time??? No warning is given about this badly designed website error when purchasing the gift card! They also informed us that the terms on their voucher code is incorrect and is not only valid for 48 hours as advertised to get the customer to make a purchase, but is actually valid for 12 months! With so much misleading information that clearly goes against the ACL you would think the company would be apologetic and offer the products at the advertised terms at the very least right? No, my sister was informed that someone would phone her twice, the first time nobody bothered phoning and the second time the guy phoned 4 hours later only to give her the same offer as she received via email that does not come close to the original advertised offer. It has now been a week of dealing with this company with no result and my niece's birthday has already passed. The total loss that the company would make if providing my sister with the original offer btw is approximately $40. I have screenshots and proof of all the information above if needed. They have now sent another email saying they are unwilling to do anymore and have not indicated that they are willing to refund my $200 gift card

DO NOT BUY. I purchased this product two months ago and found it good as it was certified. Within two months the hover board started spinning fast either left side or right side and upon talking to the customer care they say it is common issue due to syc issue between hardware and software. This is not acceptable as this has injured my child and couple of my friends children as well.NOT SAFE TO USE.
