Cassandra is a kind hearted, warm and beautiful person and she is very professional at what she does. I have been suffering from lower back pain due to major surgery on a fractured ankle for quite some time now and not only has it been physically hard, but mentally draining on me as well. I just decided one day, over 12 months ago now, to walk straight in to their practice at Windsor, where I was greeted by Cassie, and I have NEVER looked back. She has helped me through my journey and also introduced me to dry needling, which I HONESTLY recommend. Cassie has seen not only the happy side of me, but also the emotional side and she is honest and very professional, but is also just there as a person when I have needed someone to chat to. Before I met Cassie, I just thought that I needed to deal with my pain and move on, but Cassie has totally changed all that and I have never been happier ! I would highly recommend Cassie for ANYONE who is looking for a genuine, honest, professional Chiropractor. So first time seeing a chiropractor, my neurologist warned me not to go to see one and to just see a physio.... 10 to 11 years later I go see Mark cause of my partner going to see Mark first to fix her hips and chronic knot in her shoulder.I have a pinched nerve in my neck C5/6 and Mark the first time I saw him release it so I didn't feel the pain so much and doing simple exercises help me to at least manage my condition.Mark is a lovely person and full of knowledge that he really wants to impart to make other peoples lives better.Mark you are a wonderful person and for what you have done so far for me has been no short feat and you are honest in everything you say.If anyone feels that chiropractors are just Bone Crunches you are very very sadly mistaken they are just more skilled then a Physio. I highly reccomend Mark. He knows what he's doing and he's genuinely cares about your healt.I've had back issues since 16 years of age. Finnaly I can say that my back is better then ever before!
