Beaurepaires for Tyres - Parramatta

Had my new wheels fitted today, due to an error on my part ordered wrong size. The guys at Beaurepaires Parramatta went out of there way to supply to tyres to suit keeping costs down. Absolutely great customer service, special thanks to Mitch, Graham and all who helped so much. Will be back for all future tyres etc . Thanks so much team. Al

Great place. Caring and honest and Good workmanship. Despite running behind the schedule Moe helped me replace the tyres as I had to be somewhere urgently. Shout out to Moe and team.

Absolutely disappointed. This was my second visit to them as they are just 100 m walk from my place. Hope to just get my tyres done quickly so I don’t spend so much time.I had my first one tyre changed here couple of years ago and that was nice experience but this time when went there the mechanic told me the the tyre you have replaced was not the correct size. What the hell.? And when I revealed that it was done here he said nah it can’t be . Then fortunately I have had the receipt with me in the folder with service book and showed it to him and the he just mumbled something.Now I went to change only three tyres and end up doing 4 tyres thanks to their 3 for 4 price.The price they have was also unexplainable. They charged $850 where same could have been @ 650 next door @k mart tyres.Never gonna visit them again.

Excellent customer service!!! Shout out to Henry and his assistant. Henry worked like a robot to get me back on the road in time. I noticed a crack on my tyre at the last minute of the start of my road trip. Henry offered a competitive price and timely service.

Booked in to the Parramatta store to have my tyre repaired today. Dealt with Mitch who undertook the repair. Mitch was clear in explaining what the job entailed. The job was completed promptly, professionally and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend the Parramatta store. Will definitely use this store for my future tyre needs.

My car broke down on the way to work. I came into the shop asking where to find a new battery. Mitch, out of the goodness of his own heart grabbed the battery pack and drove me in his car to my van 5 mins away and jump started it for me for no cost at all. An absolute legend and 5 star customer service.
