Went at 6:45pm on a Friday night and was told that the mix ins station was closed and that we could only get plain ice cream. very disappointed especially considering the website state it is open until 11pm. Unsure if i will return

Walked in because I was curious to see and wanting to try it, and it’s not worth it. It’s dirty (it looks like it’s never been cleaned). The servo person does it (and you know they have other things to do as well so you know it’s isn’t 100% hygienic). It’s isn’t the proper cold rock. If you want to go to a cold rock, you might as well go towards the city.
