Arranged 12 month service of new garage door motors and rails. No one ever showed up. Called the office and they rescheduled for first appointment" of next day available. The guy showed up 2 hours late and then told me the rails were faulty and needed to be replaced under warranty. Office booked in to have the rails replaced a couple of months later. Guys showed up to replace the rails but told me they weren't covered under warranty and I'd have to pay but there was actually nothing wrong with them. This company has no idea what they're doing."

The installation of a new motor for the garage door was executed in a timely, efficient and friendly manner. I would recommend Garage Doors and More- Newcastle to anyone who needs their garage door to be looked after.

We ordered a replacement panel door as our old one broke. GD&M installed a new one, marked it as completed, and sent us the invoice. However, they neglected to tell us that the door was not wide enough and as such not installed to manufacturer specifications. We thought that it didn't look right, called the manufacturer to confirm, and GD&M only admitted to the error when we brought it up with them directly with the support of B&D manufacturing. The manager Natalie continuously blamed their 'installer' saying she didn't know, and he was sick the day after and so the office wasn't aware of the issue, however Natalie was at our house the morning it was installed delivering the rubber trims that were used to hide the fact that the door was too short. Management blamed the manufacturer for the issue, however the installer said that the manager ordered incorrectly, and the manager blamed the installer - at the end of the day someone is lying and at the end of the day it was GD&M's responsibility to do the right thing regardless of who's fault the sizing error was. They should have never started installing a door that was the incorrect measurements, they should have just been honest with us as soon as they realised the issue (which, from the look on the installer's faces they knew as soon as they got here and took the garage measurements prior to install) We honestly feel like they would have never told us and 'gotten away with it' had we not brought the issue up ourselves. They thankfully have replaced the door with the correct size, however didn't advise us what day they were coming and just showed up at 7am one morning. Management also still won't own up to any accountability for it, just blaming everyone else. I wouldn't recommend them for their communication or their honesty, but do appreciate that they at least gave us a new, correct door in the end.

Very efficient at their installation and 2 great tradesman who are customer friendly.Price was really good and follow up is great.

Fantastic experience. Called and booked a quote for the next day. Quote was quick and was able to get someone the same day to fix my garage door.The staff were a pleasure to deal with, had great knowledge and gave advice to ensure the same problems don't occur in the future. Cannot recommend more!

Very impressed and we have dealt with a lot of tradies, etc. Of a number of firms contacted they were the only ones interested in doing our job (obviously thers were not interested in the work}. Very prompt in attending our home and quoting; which was quite reasonably priced. The work was carried out in a timely and professional manner. Cleaned up after the job. Their follow up and general communication was excellent. Would not go anywhere else for garage door instals or repairs. Highly recommended.

Our Rep was prompt and put in the extra mile. Bringing the Van out when it suited us to choose colour and helping me with blocking. Door looks great and functions well. Good quality and price.

I recently had a add on installation to my garage door. I initially spoke to the Tamworth office who gave me great advice and then referred me to there Newcastle office as this branch was doing the servicing for me. I had the pleasure in meeting Jarred who did my install professionally and also assisted in other aspects of the door control system. These guys are good and I certainly recommend them to anybody. Well done.
