Australia Post - Corinda LPO

We are looking for an experienced Retail assistant at Corinda post office.Must have experience in Post Office and willing to work casual hours betweensix to twenty hours per week. Hours can increase and change on a weekly basis.Must have experience at an Australia Post and Lotto is preferable.Successful applicants must have.more than 1 years work experience in Australia Post Office.Need to provide post office work experience references..etc.Excellent customer focus and ability to work in a team environment.Strong communication skills with an friendly and helpful disposition.Must have Australia Citizenship and security clearances police check..etc, (where required) to be able to work in the Post OfficePrevious relevant experiences preferred.Available to work any times without restrictions Monday to Saturday, between the hours of 9 am to 5 pm.To apply please drop your resume at 623 Oxley Road CORINDA or email your resume : [email protected] POST OFFICE.NOTE: If you do not have experience in post office , please do not apply for it.Thank you for understanding .

I think this would have to be the worst customer service experience of my life... and I have had some bad experiences! The manager blamed me because he incorrectly packaged my parcel. He yelled at me for his mistake, would not give me a credit and told me it was not his job to know which packaging to use it was my job to tell him!!! Also I am slightly concerned that Australia Post see fit to have a manager of a post office that does not know Bulgaria is not in Australia! Go down the road to Oxley Post office .. they are nicer and they know their job!!!

I visit this post office regularly to pay my electricity and utilities bills. I also have personal parcels delivered here as it's close to my work. The staff have always been friendly.It's a busy place and as the staff don't mind having a chat with some of the local octogenarians (of which I'm not) I'm rarely in and out in under 5 minutes.

Extremely rude and the service even worse. Australia Post should be utterly embarrassed having this guy as one of their customer SERVICE representatives.

So rude! My wife went twice to collect our parcel yesterday. The lady act so rude when my wife went in second time and she didn’t want to help us to find where it go anymore.As you standing on the counter and don’t know how to smile and be nice to the customers, and then go home don’t do the sxxk job to screw up your store! Thank you for nothing!!

Long wait time for anyone to serve me every time I go in. Staff chatting to people that have all day. I wait then have to interrupt to say I have to go to work can I please be served. Not good

Been here many times, and honestly the two women that serve are absolutely appalling to anyone under the age of 50, anyone who is in any way alternative" ( I have a nose piercing)

Moved to area, went in to get post box keys and they were fantastic. It felt like when you live in a small country town and you're spoken to like they've known you for years. Great chat. Pointed out a few spots in the suburb. True local welcome. Thanks Paul and Wendy I think it was. From what I saw with the lady and envelope moment (funny)......above and beyond service looking out for your customers. Great Service provided

Always a pleasure popping down to Corinda post office! The staff are always so friendly and up for a chat. I leave with a smile on my face every visit.

I tried posting a standard card and they tried charging me for a large parcel. I went to a different post office and I was charged $1.20! I wonder how many people they are ripping off. I won’t be back.
