I needed urgent repairs Friday arvo n having respiratory issues I had to hve it fixed asap. After 7 phone calls to other businesses to get it fixed, Jannah from Messina came. Firstly they said they wld chk what was wrong and depending on what needed to be done, they wld come back Monday to fix. But she went out of her way as it needed a chemical clean. She also fixed the position of pipe that drains the water as water was pooling in pipe as it hadn't been installed properly by another company. No mess left, very polite n professional n very affordable. Works very well now. Very happy n wld highly recommend. Jill T

I would easily recommend Paul and his team. They were able to fit me into their very busy schedule at short notice. The technician, Jennah was really friendly and the service couldn’t have been more professional. Easy to see how she won apprentice of the year. I’ll never use anyone else.

The guys were great in diagnosing the initial problem and them promptly installing a replacement of my multi head AC unit. Very happy with the timeliness and professionalism of not only the installation crew but they are well supported by a very efficient admin and office team. Highly recommended.
