Had my first session at Infared on Rosebery today and it was wonderful. I was feeling stressed and a bit sad when I arrived but walked out feeling so much lighter and happier. The setup is gorgeous and the outdoor shower is as so refreshing afterwards. Michelle was so calming and reassuring. Will definitely be back ❤️

Can not recommend Michelle and Tracey highly enough. The fire and ice sessions are incredible. The environment is tranquil and infrared on Rosebery is a beautifully set up space. Overall a great experience. Can’t wait to get back there. My body will thank me for it.

Michelle made me welcome (& prepared for) from the moment I first booked in. I was feeling stressed and sore and it was so relaxing to spend a starter session at Infrared on Rosebery. So many little touches making the whole experience very soothing. It's conveniently close to home - gonna make this a regular thing over winter and take a break from it all.Update: from nearly a year after my first visit this is one of my favourite parts of my week. Whether it's a sauna to wind down after work during the week or an add on ice bath to get pumped for the day on a Saturday. There's a great relaxed vibe and if you need a gift voucher for pampering or a last minute luxury pressie, you're in the right place

I had my first infrared session here 2 months ago and was so surprised with how much I benefited from just one session.Michelle and Tracy have created the most beautiful space and have thought of everything to the finest of details.Today I had the courage to do the ice bath and infrared package and I feel so invigorated.They both supported me through this process and were so nurturing.Loved every minute of this.Highly recommend doing the infrared and ice bath together.

What an incredible experience!! The Fire and Ice treatment was life changing!! Going straight from the infrared sauna into the ice bath was amazing!! The girls delivered an exceptional service from the tea after the treatment to the fluffy robe given on exiting the ice bath… can’t recommend it enough!!

I have been going to Infrared on Rosebery since July this year. It is a local business in Altona Meadows owned and managed by Michelle. The minute you walk in you are made to feel welcome by Michelle, Tracey and sometimes Walter the Moodle is there to greet me.This past week I have been going daily as I pulled the muscles down the right side of my back and have been in so much pain and at times unable to move but I can honestly say the infrared has helped me enormously and I am moving much more freely now. I would highly recomend Infrared on Rosebery to everyone, you feel so much more relaxed after a 45 minute sweat session. Support Local Business

Wow. What a lovely day. We chose to do a ladies day with friends and it was such a lovely experience. Tracey and Michelle were so professional and create the ultimate spa experience. You won’t be disappointed. 5 huge stars!
