Staff are rude and generally unhelpful. I've returned items on two occasions and been questioned or made to feel uncomfortable many times which is frankly unacceptable.

I bought a pair of white sneakers on sale. On trying them on at home I found they rubbed the top of my toes and were not very comfortable so decided to return them for a refund as they sold no other sneakers. I was never told they have no refund on sale goods so BEWARE SHOPPERS make sure those shoes are comfy or all you get is a credit!

In this age of technology and online shopping, for a store of this size not offer free returns is ridiculous.. Also, not being able to return the purchase to a David Jones store is also unacceptable. Very poor customer service, I wont be shopping with Wittner again.

Shopped here a few days ago and Ella was so helpful in finding me the right boots to buy for work and offered some great tips on the best way to clean some shoes I'd bought previously. The manager was also a delight as always. Two stars of retail!

I had a credit voucher which was issued to me on 22/3/22, 6 mons expiry which I didn't realise ( my fault ) however during that time there was nothing suitable for me to purchase. Once something did become available the voucher had expired by 2 weeks and they would not honour it. It wasn't for a small amount either so I was very disappointed that I have just wasted my money, even more disappointed that they just dismissed me and basically it was too bad for me. Zero customer service
