I had a great experience at Lola Dining. For sure one of the best restaurants in Ballina. I am Italian and I was looking for an authentic Italian food experience and I had it. Definetely fine dining with some dishes that I can define fusion. A mix of authentic Italian cousine. Some more traditional plates with a refined texture that capture your palate. Definetely recommended if you are in Ballina, Byron Bay or Brunswick Heads. A must try!

My girlfriend and I went for the weekend set menu. It was a beautiful variety of flavours and lots of food. Highly recommend, the best dining experience I have had in a long time.

Lola Dining Restaurant Ballina
We were fortunate to stumble across Lola and what a great experience. We had the 7 course degustation. Well balanced with a an eye for detail. The sauces were a perfect tie into the dishes. Front of house was excellent and attentive. All in all a very pleasant dining experience with an obvious high skill level.

Food is good but on the high side for this restaurant concept.On the plus side, sitting at the counter you get to see the chef prepare your food.Very efficient chef able to work within the confines of the small area (I won't call it a full kitchen) with only an oven and 2 induction stoves.And all ladies staff only.Well done!

Wow, what a treat for Ballina! I've been there four times already. I can't stop telling people about the incredible food, atmosphere and generous and warm hospitality. If you're into watching plating - do yourself a favour and sit at the bar / chef's table. If not, every table is a delight in this cosy little restaurant. Thank you Rosa and Olivia for bringing such joy and creativity to dinner time xx

Stunning! From the moment we walked in to a warm and friendly greeting, to the moment we walked out, can not fault a thing. We sat at the bar and had the set menu on a Saturday night. Value for money foe the $75 set menu was unreal.Food was delicious, the yellow fin tuna was a standout, as was the passionfruit parfait dessert but I would eat everything ten times over and be happy!Cute fit out, really nice vibe. Service was impeccable, they allowed us to park our bikes out front while we ate and watched them for us, and then welcomed us back in for a nightcap when the bar around the corner was closed.Absolutely loved our evening there, thank you Lola team!

I could not fault this restaurant.Generally you look at a menu you know where the chef gets their inspiration. Looking at this menu, the chef loves the world.We dined 2 nights before Christmas and had a set menu.The night started with light Asian flavours from India & Japan and a Maine (USA) inspired prawn roll before moving to Italy and finally the savoury dish took us to the Middle East.We finished the night with a panacotta which left me with the best memories of eating a mango Weis bar in the middle of summer.The all female staff (chef included) were friendly and welcoming. The pink and teal decor with a hint of kitsch felt like 80’s Miami but in a modern way, which left me smiling all night.

Absolutely amazing!Had a number of dishes, and the quality of everything was beyond compare. The cashew cream for the brocollini dish was bellisimo!The owners/chefs obviously have extremely high standards for the quality of food they prepare and serve. This is not only a gem for Ballina/Byron, but would not be out of place as a top restaurant in any major city!
