I've been using Leaktech to locate utilities (i.e. water, gas, telstra, etc.) prior to drilling pier holes at my jobsites. Customer service is great, the team are very accommodating with booking times and will help on short notice. Very competitive prices too!

We had a complex hot water leak that Leak Tech was able to help resolve. Everyone I dealt with was very polite and professional.

Actually quite unhappy about using LeakTech. Technician came through, we can hear the leak inside the walls (technician also agrees and acknowledges there is a leak) but after trying different detection machines and tools, technician wasn’t able to even indicate where the pipes are, let alone where the leak is. Very dissatisfied and disappointing. The technician tried one method after another to try and locate the leak - and hence took a bit of time. And at the end of this came up with no conclusive answer as to where the leak is. I was charged $242 for nothing. Unlike other leak detection services where no fee is charged if the leak cannot be located, LeakTech had no problem charging me for the full hour the technician took to figure nothing out. I feel I’ve been conned and will definitely NOT recommend these guys. You’d be much better off going with a company that doesn’t charge you if they can’t find the leak.

Would be ok if the office answered the phone. Not sure what has changed with staffing - they used to be good.Thanks for the reply Leaktech but we had to change who we refer our customers to as neither they or our plumbers could get through - we are happy as our customers are happy with the service they are now getting from the other company cheers.
