The moment I walked into the store at Alexandria I got a good feeling. The staff were friendly and truly wanted to help me.The sales consultant spent amply time with me to ensure I was happy with my purchase. The delivery guys where very caring.I would recommend Shack to my friends and family.

Great product, very good customer service, reasonable price to quality ratio, nice delivery and installation, no issues with product quality. We went back to buy some more furniture.

Exceptional service, great communication. Prompt delivery and wonderful product for great value. I looked everywhere to find a quality extension table that could hold a big family for Sunday family get togethers. I will be back :)

Having bought several pieces of furniture from Shack over the years & love them all.Recently bought 2 beautiful bedside cabinets & love them. Did have a slight problem with them & call customer support & spoke to Rob who was incredibly helpful. He arranged to have cabinets pick up & taken back to warehouse, where problem was fixed. Rob kept me up to date with everything & arranged delivery back.The most wonderful service from everyone, very impressive.Highly recommend this company for quality furniture & service. 5 stars.Regards Sam Norris

We have purchased in store from Shack before so we knew that we liked the products that they stock. What was impressive was the service that I received from Nicole.I made an online enquiry about some bedroom furniture and the possibility of delivery to a 2-storey townhouse; Sydney was in lockdown, and our new home was in an area of concern that had different restrictions. Nicole called me back within 24 hours and was able to confirm our requirements and take payment over the phone. We didn't need the furniture immediately, so Nicole made a note of the date we wanted it delivered, and said that they would contact us the week before to arrange delivery. The delivery team called as promised, and they delivered to a second floor bedroom with no complaints.Over the lockdown period I had ordered items from a few places, some of which were only delivered to our door, and some which I still haven't received even though they are in stock! I have to praise Shack on exceptional service during challenging times. We will be shopping in store again soon!

I have bought many pieces of furniture from Shack over the years and I had the occasion to add to them just this month during their incredible sale. Each item is special and the service both instore and delivery are first class.

Recently bought ballagio extension dining table, new york dining chair and new york bench. Which all had to be shipped to Perth WAI was impressed with how well the table was packaged.Once unpacked and put together the table, chairs and bench look great! The chairs are so comfortable as well.I would like to thank Shack furniture for making such a purchase so easy and possible. They even set the table and chairs up to send pictures through so we could see it properly .

Highly interested to visit this store until the poor interest in customer service deflated my enthusiam followed by the mediocre quality which was a let down (i.e appearance of some good quality items was plastic ). At most, a man in light beige pants and blue shirt would look up to see if anybody entered the store, make eye contact and look as if its a bothersome to interrupt gossip sessions with staff. Next.
