Liar, I am a woman who does notunderstand English to repair the car, and they charged me a very high price. Their mechanic is simply a robber! The same part is $200 more than others machnic! Don't believe them! They are robbers! The first picture I paid $160!the second picture,i paid $580!God!

I left my car to be serviced and oil changed and he said he changed it and when I got home I checked and it wasn’t changed! Normally the car is washed under the bonnet and cleaned. All I saw was their fingerprints, still very dusty. I called him up and told him and he said diesel oil comes in different colours??!! Yes, disel is special oil but definitely not different colours. I wasn’t even given a receipt of what work was done to the car, nothing!I had to take to another mechanic and he advised oil wasn’t changed as it was very black and thick. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here regardless if it’s same day or sounds cheap. Rather pay somewhere a bit more expensive knowing it will get properly done and you’ll have piece of mind knowing it’s safe to drive.

I sent my car to patch a puncture hole on my tyre. Done in the morning and the tyre went flat the next day. Air was slowly leaking out because the patching was poorly done. I do not usually leave bad review even if service was not top-notch but this is affecting safety of customers.

WORST MECHANICAL BUSINESS ON THE PLANET - Went to pay and told only accept cash despite EFTPOS terminal active on the desk. Had to demand a receipt then given hand scribbled half Arabic half English piece of paper. Discovered after driving away that only half of what I had asked to be done was completed, and things I didn't ask for done instead. Only gave 1 star because it was the lowest and unable to give negative stars. DEFINATELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

Be wary with this mechanic.Today I went to (Sam) owner to get my aircon fixed. I told him my aircon had warm air between middle & end of cold bar but cold at the beginning of cold bar. He told me I need a regas, change oil and charged me $185 to get it fixed. I agreed. Quite a rude man at the beginning but due to covid-19 I ignored that & let him do the job. After that he told me it was done, I paid him the money. Went in my car and check my aircon and guess what. It was the same as what it was at the start. I told him it’s not fixed & that I wanted a refund. He started to be ruder and asked me to sue him. I told him let’s get to your car and turn the air at the near end bar of cold. It should be at least cool to cold and it was cold but my car is still warm. I proved to him he’s wrong but he still don’t want to give my money back and became ruder. Asked his two mechanics who was smoking while at work to come & see that I’m right. But they are not on my side. I can understand that. I am very sad and disappointed with this evil minded man who I believe should not be in the business. I don’t like to complain much but this place & person is cunning and rude. I hope someone will come and fine this con man. I told him I will lodge to fair trading & hope that there will be justice. I hope his two other mechanics are licensed.There was no minus star so have no choice but choose 1 star. I would love to know what he will do with my $185 say in another 15 years. If he’s lucky.
