Booked delivery of the parcel 3 times and they didn’t come to pick if up. The customer service agent on call “Ann” cuts the call if asked any questions. Terrible service overall. Would give 0 stars if that was an option.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Call is cut off if they don’t want to be put to any trouble. Said they tried to deliver my parcel but I was home all day and no one came. What is the point of having a delivery!

Driver left parcel slip behind a pot plant which I didn't find for 3 weeks. Call centre overseas told me package was in coombs, it wasn't. Then they sent me to Jamison, wasn't there either!! Tried to call both places several times throughout the day, neither place picked up. No one can tell me where my parcel is, worst company, worst call centre, bad delivery partners.

Have always received good service with dozens of quick deliveries. Need to wait on hold a short while when calling them but have been friendly and helpful when needed.

Offshore tele help no good. Delivery arrangements no good. All day to miss a a parcel no def time. Avoid this commpany. They must be cheap for companies to keep using them.

Absolutely disappointing services. Was home all day but got a message saying that “attempted delivery”. The delivery driver didn’t even make an attempt to deliver the product. Pathetic

They give you a card because they missed us then tell you to go on a web site to get confused and not work out where your parcel went.

3 days for a parcel from Sydney to Canberra. And with toll priority..Its beyond a joke.
