Thank you Adam for the brilliant service. My friend and I bought 4 pairs of sketchers today. Adam was the only staff member in the store....it was busy. Adam looked after us as well as the other customers with professional service and advise.

Worst customer service i have ever experienced. I attended yesterday with my 2 kids hoping to get them a nice pair of shoes and the female who was working around lunch time had to be the worst person ive ever dealt with. It was obvious from the start she could not be bothered helping us. Each time my child would select a shoe, she would reply with a rude ‘ we dont have your size. I asked politely if she could check other stores to which she would reply no stock without checking.After asking to check on 4 different shoe sizes and no help at all i had to leave.Kids beyond disappointed. Hot tip to the check out person- if you hate your job- find another.

Went to the shop just before closing. Although the guy seems busy in closing but he still asked me if i need any assistance. Very good customer service. I am extremely satisfied and therefore rated them 5 stars.Thanks again.

Order a pair of shoes for my toddler using the click and collect in an hour to be picked up for the Watergardens store. I expected to be able to go and collect them this morning some time. Now it’s the middle of the afternoon and still heard nothing. The store is not answering and head office has told me they can’t reach the store either. Head office also informed me that they don’t know what hours the store is working. Covid and the changing conditions were blamed but it’s a poor excuse as we have been locked down now again for weeks. Poor service and should not be promising things you can’t deliver. I am going to have a very disappointed toddler on my hands tonight.

I purchased skechers shoes for my dad today from store in Watergardens shopping centre in Melbourne. Poor customer service shown by the females who were there. When I gave her the display shoe to get the same size, I was rudely told to put the shoe back in the display area and then come back to get the same size. She kept repeating to put the display shoe back before showing me the correct sized shoes. Anyway, I was looking for size 8 (UK size 8) which was the size of the display shoe. The lady went inside the stock room and got me the shoes in box. I confirmed the size 8 and she stated yes. I paid and left the store only to realise later that it was Size 7 shoe. I went back to store and told another female at the store that it was size 8 that I was after and I had the wrong size. The lady looked at the shoe size and stated it is US 8. I told her I was after UK 8. The lady stated we go by US sizes." I stated to the lady that Australia usually uses the UK number system to which she answered "Skechers uses US system." While it wouldn't have been such a big deal
