Poolwerx Samford

I have never been spoken to so rudely by anyone in my life. I am house sitting for a friend and needed some help with their pool. I took a sample into the shop and was taken back at the way I was spoken to by the owner. The only saving grace this shop has is the lovely lady who helped me with the sample. To the owner 'just trying to run a business' .. maybe some customer service training might help.

It's nice to know the service techs like to trespass through a security gate to gain access to the house block to get to the pool while someone is home and can't be bothered to see if someone is home and leave a note in the mailbox when the job is done. For us to discover it wasn't done propley.Service techs tells my parents that there's no power call an electrician out acting like it's not his problem it doesn't work now, when the system had power yesterday while they were in the pool. Now it doesn't work properly and the system turns itself off after 10 minutes of run time.My parents specifically asked to be called before someone comes out so they can watch what is done and make sure the job is done propeley which it obviously wasn't.

Rude, mean, and they shout at customers.The team at Samford Poolworx are bullies. I suggest if you use them to have email only communications.

I come in most months to get a free pool water test and the staff are always professional and friendly. Their chemicals are a bit expensive so I usually get them elsewhere in bulk, but I always receive good service here even when I'm not making a purchase. Last time the tests showed the chlorinator wasn't producing enough chlorine, and I was given thorough instructions on how to clean it. Really great shop.

These guys are great. Sooo helpful and with a great sense of humour. They will go out of their way to help you. Thanks guys for being awesome.

Very rude owner. Yelling at customers and invading personal space. Ruining poolwerx brand.EDIT - I was never in your store. So I'm not sure why you are referring to my behaviour. However, I did hear a very telling recording of how you behaved and it was really disturbing. I am not the only one with this opinion based on other reviews.

Great service! My boyfriend and I just came in to have a look around at the products and were happily assisted by Riley. Although he told us he is still learning the ropes, he tried to help us as best he could. Such a lovely guy! 5 stars!

Just plain rude, unprofessional and very unhelpful...I'm bewildered how you are still in business...Guess what! Have gone through another PoolWerx as they were very helpful and understanding and YES they can do what I was trying to enquire about....You'll need to think about how you talk to your customers..

Staff are lovely.Owner or manager has bad people skills and always ttys to push a technician to visit and gets agitated when told that it is not necessary.He can not take constructive criticism, invades personal space and begins to rant in order to upset and prompt you into anger so he can cast you from the store.I always try to shop and support local, I now will never shop there again.And have since learnt management is not open to respond to any complaints publicly on Google reviews as they should do and provides a generic type message to email them to conceal from the public.
