What a great shop and fantastic team. We were visiting from the Sunshine Coast to ride the local trails for a few days and needed some mechanical support. After a phone call we were invited to pop in and an hour later my bike was running smoothly and ready for the next days riding. Absolute champions and can not speak highly enough of the Bike Shop team.

An excellent bike shop with great customer service Staff and very good products for all types of biking. Plenty parking outside the shop. No e bikes but access via orders are available and the team are very helpful and knowledgeable about the e bikes. Highly recommend this store to everyone into biking ..not like the other stores...this team has the time to listen,help & repair or service your bike/s within reasonable time-frames for competitive pricing.

For a beginner into the MTBworld this shop is unbelievable.The customer service is next level. These days the franchise bike shops just want to sell and make money. The Bike Shop staff actually make you feel like family & want to take the time to explain everything and get you on the right wheels for you.I will 100% recommend these guys to anyone

Took the bike to the shop for a repair. After collecting the pushbike from the shop, noticed the bottle holder is missing. Staff from the shop is denying everything. Very disappointing!!! Something you wouldn't expect from a shop like this one. Stay away from that shop if you don't want anything go missing from your bike.

I bought a GT mt bike for my son for Christmas. The sales team were great at sales and taking my money. I was told before picking the bike up they would give it a once over and check that everything was OK. That clearly didn't happen because as soon as my son started riding it was obvious that the gears were not aligning correctly. I was able to adjust it myself and get it working correctly. We went on a ride over the wk end and the left pedal completely fell off at the worst possible time causing my son to crash hard into the ground seriously injuring his knee.Upon entering the store with the pedal and bike I explained what happened to the mechanic to only get a grunt back in return. I watched as the bike was repaired and he didn't even bother to check over the rest of the bike. No apology for the inconvenience and no comment to say I hope your son will be ok".I'm extremely disappointed in the professionalism of this shop and will not be spending a cent there in the future."

Ian and his team are always super accommodating and helpful. Would recommend, review has been edited to 5 stars, Chris is a great and super helpful mechanic, Ian is an attentive and generous owner.
