James from Picture Perfect came and spent some time to correctly diagnose my problem which he then solved with a minimum of fuss and no hard sell.He gave me good options to fix my TV cable and tuning problems. He then respectfully asked me how i wanted to proceed, and completed the job well.Very pleasant to deal with and i would highly recommend them.

I have used Picture Perfect for a few jobs. CCTV installation which all went well, upgraded phone cables from the node to the house which boosted my internet speeds x 2, had two extra cameras installed and then a check on an issue with my security system which they quickly identified as a faulty camera. Diego and his team are always pleasant to deal with and are very honest when it comes to advice and costs. Will continue to use them in the future and highly recommend their services.

I've not been able to get my theatre room setup working at all for the last 2.5yrs. It had complex wiring between the projector, dvd player, subwoofer, speakers, amplifier and set top box. Raj came out the day after I phoned and in less than an hour we had the system working again properly, as it should have. I would highly recommend Raj. He was very knowledgeable, fast at his work as well as thorough. Thanks so much, picture perfect.I can enjoy the theatre room once again!

When everyone else either wanted to charge me a fortune or were just not confident with wall mounting my LG 65 inch tv, these guys got the job done!!I'm very happy with the service, the work and the price. Highly recommend! Forget everyone else, these people are amazing. Thank you.

Didn't return my call after speaking to receptionist

We dealt with Jack who was polite and very professional, he had our new antenna installed promptly and we were up and running in no time! I would definitely use Picture Perfect again for some data point and CCTV work coming up in the future.Highly recommend

Technician attended 1hr30mins late.Came to door and stated he knew what was wrong without inspecting anything. He knew that without going onto roof nor touching the system, I would need to pay $699 & $799 + GST + Labour to replace both Antennae and Amplifier. He informed me a ‘rabbit ears antennae’ would not work. (Rabbit ear antennae do wirk perfectly, in all areas of my 2 storey house btw).He then stood there silently and stared at me, waiting for me to cough up money.When I explained that I would like to see the faulty item before paying, he shook his head, shrugged his shoulders and declined.I asked for clarification and he said he won’t go on roof. He knew. That was all there was to it.To say I was ‘mansplained’ , is the under-exaggeration if the decade.I bid him good afternoon and will investigate other companies.Extremely poor customer service.Am amazed this employee has a job.Use this company / technicians, (specifically Brad), at your own risk.

Highly recommend this company. The two tradesmen were approachable, obliged to my requests and friendly and made sure I was happy before they left. They were prompt, courteous punctual and value for money.
