Absolute disaster, took a yacht club uniform jacket there. Explained it had to be dry cleaned with care as I had previous issues with getting the jacket cleaned elsewhere. Advised it should be ok but what do you know, 3 buttons completely snapped off. No phone call prior to advise of the issue - just advised on collection which gives me no time to get it fixed at the tailor regailia craft prior to a Public holiday and to attend an event (a funeral) the next day.Owner Advised the buttons are of poor quality - they are special buttons made for these jackets. Hard to obtain!Not even a refund offered for the payment made.I won’t be recommending or using this business again. 1st and last time. Don’t send anything of importance or of value to get cleaned there.

I use them for my dry wash and cleaning of cloths. They are very friendly and takes care of my cloths and delivers them on time. It always looks like brand new.

Would give 0 if I could, had several items mended. Absolutely ruined a skirt & dress. made extra holes, didnt repair other items properly. Went back and was basically told too bad! NEVER going back

School jackets were nice and clean when picked up. Hubby usually cleans his suits there with no problems.

There is a certain level of expectation that when you have something dry cleaned that it is pressed. Not told when you pick it up that if you want it pressed there is an additional charge. If you get a jacket cleaned it comes back pressed. Simple, it should be included in the price when you pay for it... Not impressed at all.

This by far the best dry cleaner I’ve used, have been going there for years. Very happy with their service… don’t let stupid talk spoil your business. Keep up the great work.
