AAA Comet Gas

AAA Comet Gas are absolute life savers. Not once but twice they have saved us over the holiday period when we have had family staying with us and we run out out of gas. We use them on the regular and there service is exceptional and second to none. Highly recommend

More than Happy to refer anyone to this organisation.Having been told by Origin that it would take more than 3 Weeks to order a LPG Gas Bottle (They happily would charge a “Quick Delivery fee” of $90) I decided I had had enough of Origin.I contacted AAA Comet Gas and had the bottle delivered that Afternoon to the Gold Coast, no fuss, and a text message to double check my address.Great Pricing; Friendly and well presented delivery driver and great Customer Service from the girls on the phone.Glad to be supporting local businesses and sad I hadn’t done it sooner. LIFE SAVERS! We ran out of gas (both bottles) thanks to our busy life style called the night we ran out left a message, recieved a message & call back 7am next morning. Set up an acc and delivered within 3 hours. CHEAPEST, NO HIDDEN FEES, SAME DAY DELIVERY, AMAZING SERVICE, AMAZING DELIVERY GUY, HIGH STANDARDS & QUALITY!!!! Highly recommend we will be regulars! Horrible service!! Left us without gas before the weekend. Had it scheduled for this morning and the delivery driver made zero attempts to contact us. Two people were home when delivery was attempted. Later received a message saying no one was home so will have to reschedule for Monday morning. We called to question this and got hung up on. Do not use this company.

These guys are GOOD. So easy to order from and very quick to schedule a delivery. Customer service and online chat is excellent and their pricing is very competitive. I'm a repeat customer already now with my second order which was easier than the first as they now have all my details. Click and repeat - yeah baby!

I have decided not to continue using AAA Gas company because I found out they charge me 95 cents per litre instead of 90 cents per litter for more than 12 months! I got an offer from them. I was very disappointed with form dishonest of this company. Last Wednesday I sent a message I am designed to going to deal with another gas company and they will be organized to let AAA know I will exchange with them. The next day Thursday, I was opening my restaurant for lunch I still see the gas tank still at the back of the shop I was busy preparing and I try to use gas for cooking but had no gas at all. I went to the back of the shop and I realize they had taken the gas cylinder away without letting me know in advance to take the cylinder out or even communicating or nock the door while I'm here to let me know if you to take the gas tank away. And what about how much gas is left in cylinders? However This kind of action is considered a nun- professional. I am not very satisfied doing this with my business.

A really friendly and helpful company. Quick delivery, and if there's any issues with your order or whatnot they contact you directly to solve the problem. Really happy with the service. Also sounds like they are the cheapest in my area too from chatting to my neighbours.
