I have recently built with David Sanders and I'm over the moon. After months of shopping around with other Builders, With Murray's help i finally got my dream home.Any questions I had, they 'll more then Happy to take time and listen and make sure it's how I wanted the house.The quality of the materials and so affordable is great and looks so high end.My son is never moving out as it feels so homely ❤Thanks David Sanders

Built my parents home. Had a water leak in both showers, gave a quick fix more than once. Both showers are still leaking and they refuse to rectify the poor workmanship. Terrible service, no communication and try to pull the wool over the eyes of people who dont know the building industry and their rights to have work properly fixed and not dodgey patched. Would give minus 5 stars.

Doing 50-60 going the wrong direction through a woolies carpark isnt great business promoting in your D40. The wheel spin on each corner did grab alot of peoples attention though

I am wondering how they can ruin the dream by building the dream house so terrible.Since 8th of March 2018 we have been suffering in our home and I wish we had not picked DavisSanders homes as our builder.The copy of all documentations exist which that proofs how bad they treat their customers.

Build seemed smooth until handover. 16 months later and I'm still waiting to get my defects/maintenance fixed. I've had putty patches on my walls for over 6 months and buckled flooring since handover.
