Hey there Barbara, I just wanted to give your lovely business a quick review because of how very pleased I was. My small dog (Olive, not to be confused with the fruit), chewed up a small asymmetrical hole in my very favourite traditional Scottish throw (not to be confused with the skirt). I felt as though the damage done to this blanket was irrevocably irreversible. At this moment I knew that Barb from Barb's Sew and Knits would patch this up with irreplaceable excellency. She promptly finished the patch up and i received my blanket in tip top shape. Thank you dearly. I found Barb to be a stunning, clear skinned, healthy young woman with a beautiful smile and a great career ahead of her. I love this tiny shop! A gem of a bygone era where you can still get face to face service with a smile. The range is really lovely and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, yet are happy to allow you the time to browse at your leisure. I have received many comments about the items I've knit and crocheted from yarn I've purchased here, and always recommend the store to other textile crafters. Well worth a visit!
