Highly recommend this shop! To be honest I never about them before so not sure about ordering through sales, prices was way too reasonable and I love a good bargain!!! Don’t be fooled by all the 5* reviews. I purchased shadow box frames which had very good reviews but were actually of extremely poor quality. ‘Light Wood’ should have been described as ‘orangey’ and are very orange on the reverse. Rinkit agreed that the product was not as described and they agreed to refund me. However, the return of the frames was at my own expense and from WA would cost more than the refund. No doubt ‘Returns at customers’ own expense’ is in the t&s’s but when they had agreed the goods were not as they had described I expected the cost of the return to be theirs. Won’t be purchasing from this company again. Poor customer service.

All the fun stuff!So if I take the time to review a business you know I’ve got something to say!Before I go too far, in all honesty I’ve never been in their door. All my dealings have been online. And all my purchases (maybe six orders in all) have been for glassware. (Sometimes gifts, sometimes just treating myself - who doesn’t like drinking out of nice glasses!!)My better half has taken up laser etching on glass. So I wanted to stock up on straight-sided glasses. I wanted nice stuff - but let’s face it, there is the possibility (likelihood) of a few failures. So I didn’t want to forgo eating this week to buy them.Straight to my go-to! Rinkit!Even with today being Good Friday I’ll be surprised if they aren’t here this time next week. Their service is spectacular. They offer free postage over a certain amount (think it’s a hundred dollars but don’t quote me) but unlike some businesses they don’t add a premium onto their postage costs. I think I’ve ordered 4-5 boxes of six glasses, and I’m still only paying 9.99 to have them sent.One day I’ll take the time to have a browse at their other stuff, but if you are looking for glassware (nice stuff!) without breaking the bank, look no further.

I never write reviews but I have just received 2 sets of glasses and am more than pleasantly surprised. One set made in Italy are amazing quality for the price and the other made in Turkey are also lovely. Proving you don’t have to buy Chinese products to get value for money.

Only highlight was quick Service /delivery. Order 30/8/22. Unfortunately quality of ALL products very disappointing.Very thin small Turkish beach towels and rubber mats smell was overpowering and only fit for the bin.

If I could give ZERO or negative stars I would.Besides a scam seller on Amazon, this company is a very close second!I ordered some enamel products and the quality was very poor. The plates were chipped, the paint bubbling in parts and looked like it had been finished by a two-year-old child. See attached example images.The enamel work was also of poor quality where the folds were rough, sharp and not safe for children. I requested a return and was told that the quality of the work was designed to be rustic" and the finish intentional.I was instructed to return the products the next day at my expense of course
