The instructor was very experienced and still actively working in hospitals, yet he didn't drag out the course with excessive detail. Doing the theory part of the course online prior to attending the course was a great idea (NOTE: This took about an hour or more so allow plenty of time).I have done first aid and CPR courses in the past with various different companies, I rate Fluid First Aid as one of the best. They were also one of the most reasonably priced, so I will definitely use them again and I have no hesitation recommending them.

Really informative but fun. Very knowledgeable instructors from different walks of life. Everytime I've done a course through these guys it's been a good experience. Lovely, helpful people, who are more then happy to have a laugh whilst they teach.

We held 2x group sessions with Maria as our trainer. She was wonderful, made all participants feel comfortable, and ensured understanding of each component. Fast turn around with certification. Highly recommend.

An Excellent experience! CPR and 1st Aid training ✅.. Online training was clear and concise. I’m a visual learner, so I found the videos humorous and easy to remember. Great staff and great value. Support a local business ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I give fluid first aid 100 out 100, the class was awesome. The information followed with easy. The way the information was presented was easy understand and full of information. We had the best trainer out.

This is a great place to be trained in CPR & basic First Aid at North Lakes. The theory covers all aspect of first aid and the practical training by Corrine was invaluable and enjoyable.

Terrible. Treat people like children and try to make people feel stupid when the acronym changes in the 12 months since the last session. Instructor is better suited to a boarding school or the unemployment line.

This is the first time I’ve used Fluid for CPR and first aid training and found them to be very professional, a good theory online as well as in depth practical tuition. A good base of knowledge which can be very rewarding in the case when ever needed. Highly recommended.

I've have done many first aid training in the past but this is the first that had more emphasis on practical roleplay and also encouraged questions, the time went by so quickly too. My wife was surprised on how much I learnt to due to her needing first aid for her job. I believe I'm more confident in helping people if I need to do first aid in the future.Thanks Michael

Renewed my first aid with Fluid First this year and massive shout out to Corrine. Clearly a very passionate and knowledgeable person. The way Corrine presented the course was very engaging and somewhat theatrical which made it lots of fun. 10/10
