I quoted and purchased a residential solar install. All the staff were very friendly and arrived on time. Gary who came out to quote was awesome, sat down, had a chat and answered all my questions. Didn't talk badly about other vendors and stuck to the facts on the hardware and what they do, and why he things it is important.Christabelle was very polite and kept me in the loop with how everything was going. And the systems they use help with that a lot, a text message and job/case link that showed every step of the way from receiving my payment to parts arriving. Very prompt with answering any emails.The crew that came out were very professional, they cleaned up where they worked and made sure not to damage anything. The installation is very tidy and nothing was missed. They were polite and acted like guests, which was very appreciated. And soon after the crew left, I'd received the paperwork and photos of the work they had done on the roof and with the inverter.Highly recommend, and will be in touch for quotes on air-conditioning.

I asked a question on a local Hervey Bay community Facebook page for recommendations for locally based solar providers/installers and there were a large number of people recommending GCR Electrical.I contacted GCR via their Web portal and received a call or return email the next day....can't remember which one it was.Right from the outset there was no hard sell" which I have experienced in the past when considering solar.A meeting was set and Gary came to our house and explained what GCR Electrical Electrical do and how they go about their business and he advised an approximate install date/time frame if we were to go ahead based on the quote he provided us at that first meeting. He came with comprehensive details and research carried out on our residence including details of panel locations etc. Again there was no hard sell from Gary either. We were impressed enough to accept the quote on that day but I will qualify this statement with the fact that we had done our own research and had received quotes from others before albeit about 2 years ago. GCR were competitive and also provided enough details of associated warranties etc. Gary also provided a reference site just around the corner from us and that customer couldn't say enough good things about their GCR experience. (I will happily be a reference site as well)The install has been carried out and it was all done with minimum fuss and on the dates eventually provided and in line with the original time frames Gary provided at that first meeting.The team of installers were great....friendly

GCR Electrical Systems did an absolutely super job installing my Solar Panels. Absolutely reliable from beginning to end. They were a great crew of men, worked well together, cheerful and got the job done. Everything was organized beforehand and very well supervised. I only ever have a credit on my Ergon Bill. I have a pool pump running often so am really happy. I would recommend them anytime. The after care is also great. Doesn’t happen that often these days. Cheers from a very satisfied client.
