These guys are awesome. Absolutely stoked with their service and trustworthy advice. Explained all the pros and cons of my new Tucson and made a price offer I couldn't say no to.

Yelled at us on the phone and wouldn't accept my car... not very customer friendly, even though my car was Hyundai. Very disappointing.

Absolutley excellent service from Mike and the Service team. I had a scenario that was difficult to troubleshoot. They made no assumptions or excuses but stuck with it until it was sorted out. Handed the car back to me to drive around and make sure that I was happy with the results as well. Perfect, better than brand new. Always professional and transparent. The minute i walked in the door I felt i was dealing with a team that wasnt hard sell like all the other dealers i had walked into prior. Steve was experienced answered my questions, gave me the facts i needed and let me make my own decision, no hard sell attempt. He was personable, friendly and professional...we even had a laugh. Tom sorted my finance efficiently and came out the most competitive in the market. Everyone in the dealership had a smile. Terrible experience!!!Bought and paid for a new Tucson N Line in Crimson Red. Everything was going smoothly up until the day I was supposed to collect the car.After I paid for the car, Hyundai Jefferson suddenly went silent.On the day we agreed I would pick up the car, I still hadn’t heard from them, so I got in touch, only to be told my car wasn’t ready!I was told it had been in an accident and it would be another 2 weeks before it was repaired and I could come to collect it. Not sure when they had planned on telling me about the delay since I had to contact them.Understanding that accidents happen, I was fine to wait the 2 weeks for the repair. However, 2 weeks came and went and it turned into them saying “a few more days”, then “another week” until finally they told me it wouldn’t be repaired until after Christmas, at which point I asked for a loan car. Hyundai Jefferson couldn’t deliver on that either.Absolutely no care or concern about how stressful the whole ordeal was for me. The way they dealt with the whole situation from the beginning was appalling. I have since asked for a refund and will be taking my purchase elsewhere.

I've been bringing my car here since we moved to Mentone 3 years ago. They have consistently provided excellent workmanship and customer service. Their team is courteous and professional and I highly recommend having your Hyundai serviced at Jefferson! (Shout out to Shane and Mike- thanks guys!)

Took my car there for a service the last three services. The first two were great, but the third one, which was a major service, cost me approximately $1250, then to be rung a week later telling me I still owe them $270 because they had made a mistake on my invoice. Not great and pretty stressful.
