We used Wale (owner of HEW projects) for our new build at Bellbird Park. We firstly checked a few houses he built and were impressed by the quality he had delivered. We then pulled together a wish list and a design we wanted our house based on land requirements and had a very good surprised that the fixed price contract with all premium inclusions was meeting our budget (which was 12% cheaper than other). We were building during Covid19 and expected some delays but Wale managed that pretty well and kept us always in the loop. We did really appreciated his customer relationship and honesty.

If this guy's building is anything like his driving I'd stay away. Dangerous, inconsiderate and unable to follow basic road rules.
