I got them to try and sell my house at Normanville and the agent Jeremy Parsons seemed good I asked him if i sold my house could i get as long as I wanted in writing to find another house to buy as I didn’t know the process as I’ve never gone through it before Jeremy said oh yes you can have all the time you need. Someone made an offer on my house and Jeremy said you will only have 3 months to move if you sell so I decided not to sell as i was worried that I couldn’t find another house in time and Jeremy had a tantrum took his sign and said he can’t sell my house and said I knew what i was in for so they took my $1,500 i payed and I guess they were happy with thatDon’t believe anything these people tell you LIARS! They just tell you what you want to hear, patronising crocodile smiles as another reviewer said on here

Do NOT use Ray white to book holiday houses at Normanville. Such a beautiful place ruined by this horrible real estate joint

Communication needs huge improvement. Placed an offer on property, failed to have the courtesy of contact back even after several attempts by myself. Its disgraceful

I have been trying to book a holiday house for my birthday for the past TWO weeks. The two times I have made a call asking why I haven't heard anything back they tell me that the holiday department is busy.The first time I called, I was told that I would hear back within the next few days. I doubt the holiday department has been too busy to get in contact with me for over 2 weeks now. I asked for a rough idea as to when I would hear back on my last call and their response was I don't know"very disappointed and won't ever be going through Ray White Normanville again."
