Extremely happy with Jeremy from Galaxy who recently replaced gas storage hot water with an iStore Heat Pump.Very professional and tidy job, turned up on time and great communication throughout.Jeremy had extensive product knowledge of the iStore and is also able to and willing to source any system (and knowledgeable on other systems as well).The iStore made more financial sense at the current time due to better warranty and is not as loud as I expected, so far, I'm very happy with it.Jeremy was an absolute pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend Galaxy Hotwater.

From my very first phone call with Jeremy he was polite, professional, helpful and willing to spend time to talk with me on the phone. Through out the quote process he was patient and informative. We had the I-Store heat pump 270L installed today. Jeremy was on time and very professional and did an awesome job. It also made us extremely happy to know that he is also the service rep for our new heat pump hot water. Jeremy from galaxy, hot water Gosford came out and installed a new Istore 270 L heat pump for my house. I have to say I am more than happy with the service I received from galaxy hot water. It was a pleasure dealing with this company. I was offered a very competitive price and the service was outstanding. I would highly recommend using this company to anyone who lives on the Central Coast.
