What a horrific nightmare this journey of buying our first home has been!In April 2021 we were told that the property would be ready in 3 months to settle. We were okie to wait till then so we ended up buying the property. Then came the lockdown due to covid and then floods and then excuse after excuse after excuse.It’s been more than 16 months since we bought the apartment and we are still waiting for settlement. Till date no one from Ellerson has bothered to respond to our emails or insta messages. The agent who sold it to us is unable to come back with any concrete information.With them committing to settle the building, we got all our furniture in nov-Dec 2021 and since then we have been receiving calls to collect our furniture and pay charges for storing it in the warehouse.We have been living on a rollover rent with no certainty of when we could be asked to leave if the landlord wanted.It’s been a poor experience for a first time buy and would never recommend Ellerson property to anyone.To this day there is no information on when they will be able to settle the place and the worst is that they don’t even have the decency to communicate.

Worst experience and decision to get an apartment at Laneways Rosebery through Ellerson property.Been 1.5 year and still no idea when the project will be delivered. ( have been given false hope since the beginning of the year )Our agent at Ray white himself has no idea what’s the latest as there has been radio silence in terms of any communication.The developers solicitor have been ignoring all emails.Would never ever recommend Ellerson property as they have been nothing but a nightmare to deal with.

The absolute WORST DEVELOPERS I’VE EVER DEALT WITH! I normally do not write reviews but i decided so people are warned about these people. Firstly, the developers DO NOT reply to you AT ALL! With absolutely no information. When you call their office, you’re promised a call back but receive nothing. They have had nothing but EXCUSES and LIES! They stated the strata lodgement has been lodged and it’s now the councils fault etc for the delays HOWEVER they have STILL not lodge this (yet another lie). I’ve personally spoken to builders on site who stated that the developers have failed to pay them. I wish I researched them more and discovered they were operating under a different name before changing it to ellerson property to HIDE from previous reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They have left me in over 10k in storage fees not to also mention, HOMELESS, when they gave a false completion date and I could not find anywhere else for myself or kids to sleep. I’ll be going to a current affair so everyone is made aware about their dodgy practices.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE DEVELOPERS!! Last year we regretfully made a purchase at The Laneways Rosebery with Ellerson Property and it’s been an absolute nightmare. These developers do not respond to any correspondence from us and even their own solicitors and keep clients in the dark about what’s happening with their properties. We wish we did more research before purchasing with them. When multiple contractors tell you the developers are shonky, believe them!! We have now been homeless for close to a year due to the developers giving us false settlement dates. Again, do your research before purchasing with the dodgy developers!!! These developers were previously known Dyldam Apartment Pty Ltd before changing their name to Ellerson Property to disguise as a “new developer “.

Buyer beware! Literally the biggest mistake ever purchasing a property at The Laneways from Ellerson Property. Almost 2 years delayed, vague and misleading updates, still no further ahead. Scathing reviews mounting. They have no regard for people who have been in limbo for years; seems even the agents have given up trying to get accurate information out of these people.
