Absolutely appalling customer service! Never would I recommend this store to anyone, most staff I spoke to were very quick to pass the buck and rarely did anyone return my calls. Waited 4 months for a mattress from Melbourne when I was originally advised it would be 2 weeks. I wish I had kept count on how many times I was told “it will be on the truck next week”.We did get a mattress after 3 months but it was the wrong one. No ownership was taken by the store nor were they interested in rectifying the problem, I was told to speak directly to the supplier.Being a regional customer I’ve now paid twice for a mattresses to be transported.If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. I completely understand that COVID has been difficult, it’s the complete lack of customer service that has been the biggest disappointment throughout this awful process.

Went to Gepps cross Dreamland bedding and I received 15 percent discount with great service I bought 2 mattresses I received my mattress during covid 19 which was a huge effort from the store thank you

Very helpful staff. Willing to take time with customers so the right bed can be purchased. Lots of beds in stock so may be no waiting. Fast delivery. Willing to negotiate price.

**Read the fine print**Purchased a bedroom suite in Dec for our move into our new home this year. Asked for a delayed order, however the home build has delays. Store had the order arrive in April as originally asked, no prior call to check if we were ready for the product. When it arrived I received a call asking for the balance to be paid in full as it has come into the store. I asked if they could store until Aug. The lady advised it would be a $10 per day storage fee until this time. 'This was clearly written on your invoice'. At no point during the purchase of the product did the sales person advise this fee would be applied if the build is delayed, even though we made it clear it was a very rough and approximate date. From then, I needed to pay the full balance for delivery to our current house and they then proceeded to charge a further $110 to deliver this item up the stairs of our town house. Really disappointed with the miss communicated information and the sales tactics used to get the sale. Will not be back again.

Went looking for a bed on the weekend, found the perfect bed. It was out of our price range but we fell in love with it. We asked if they could knock the price down a smidge ($100). We where told it was at the rock bottom price because it was on sale but they would throw in a free mattress protector (yay..)Delivery was going to be $120. We where told they had one bed left in stock but it would take roughly 3 weeks for delivery.We weren't feeling happy with the lady we where talking it, it started to get a little pushy when it didn't need to be.We went home to have a think about if we wanted to go ahead with the purchase. We rang the Mt Barker store who knocked a extra $100 off the sale price and charged $80 for delivery (Mt Barker store is further away from us yet it was still cheaper delivery.. make sense of that)Moral of the story, customer service needs to be better.Mt Barker store was fabulous and had the bed delivered in 24 hours.

My partner and I purchased a bedroom suite and mattress in September 2021 and we were told there was one bed suite in stock but it was in Melbourne so would take approx a month to arrive.After a month had passed, I called the store to get an update and was told orders were taking 4-6 weeks and to wait for a call. After another 3 weeks had passed, I called the store again and spoke to a lady called Kerry who checked on the order and she said that actually the bedroom suite wouldn’t arrive until February, being 5 months from when we ordered it. She said that the mattress was due to arrive the next week and so could get that to us with a loan base. She said someone would be in contact with me during the week to discuss.It got to the following Wednesday and I still hadn’t heard anything, so I called and spoke to a lady Wednesday around 12pm who said the truck was due to get in Thursday afternoon. She located our invoice and said someone had listed the invoice as priority, and she would leave herself a reminder to make sure the mattress was brought off the truck and was ready for delivery Friday. She said she would have someone give us a call as soon as possible Thursday evening when the truck arrived to provide us with an update.Thursday afternoon arrived, 5:18pm to be exact, and I tried calling the store. I rang the store 4 times from 5:18-7:58pm, and not once did someone answer. I then accepted the fact nobody was going to call, or even answer the phones.Friday came, I called at 10:39am, and again 3 times after 3pm, still no answer. Just goes straight to message bank. Still nobody called to make contact or give an update.They ended up delivering the mattress and loan base (which we have to keep in plastic so you can just imagine how silly it looks).In December I called again and spoke to Kerry and she reassured us that it will be with us by February and to just sit tight (which we did). February came around, no call or update, so we decided to go into the store. Spoke to a lady (who I assume to be Kerry), told her who we were and she knew our order right away and kept saying “oh yeah I’ve been looking into this one”. Anyway, after her rushing around trying to find our notes and invoice, she said “yep definitely on track for February, it will be here this week or next week”, to which I responded “ok, so it will DEFINITELY be here by March”, she then said “yes it will be with you by March, we will give you a call when it comes in”Guess what, it is now March and we still have no bedroom suite. This is becoming an actual joke and after reading the other google reviews, it’s evident that we’re not the first people they’ve done this too.The pandemic is not to blame for this, poor customer service is to blame for this. Do not make promises you can’t follow through with. If we had known our order would take 6 months (potentially more) to arrive, we would not have spent $3k at Dream Land and would have gone elsewhere or found an alternative arrangement.Do not recommend shopping at Dream Land Gepps Cross
